Softerra™ PHP Developer Library

Softerra™ PHP Developer Library provides solutions for the most significant and time-consuming tasks ever faced by programmers in the course of web development such as: database interface development, arrays, search, grid, debugging, and many others.

Originally, Softerra started development of the PHP Developer Library for its internal use in diverse custom projects in order to facilitate and accelerate PHP and MySQL-based applications development. After several months of the library development and enhancements, we decided to share the results of our work and experience gained in this area with the international programming community.

Softerra™ PHP Developer Library comprises several modules enabling to create web pages easily and effectively thus reducing time-consuming work.

Advantages of Softerra™ PHP Developer Library Usage are as follows.

  • The SAL module turns a PHP application into an easily portable one (where applicable) thus enabling to be independent on the particular database. When changing from one type of SQL server to another, all you need is just assigning the required type in the configuration file;
  • The SQLCompose module provides an easy and efficient way of building all kinds of SQL queries containing various types of WHERE condition, depending on the query complexity;
  • The SQLSearch module empowers a PHP application with a fast and reliable search engine that provides easy-to-use search syntax;
  • The sqlStorage class enables to create rapidly various objects for the effective administration of any amount of data inside the application;
  • The Corban module is a debug output library capable of facilitating considerably the application development process. The module allows developers deriving information on variables, objects, and resources;
  • The unique Registry module represents a configuration library and is implemented as a Windows Registry analog that allows building flexible tree-like configuration structures. The module provides support for all types of PHP data and is supplied with the configuration manager front-end;
