The main system feature consists in a unique phone call center that connects a service provider or a vendor, who is inaccessible via the Internet and whose info is not contained in the local database, by phone in real time.

RAS Connect is a small application developed by Softerra for one of our long-term customers wishing to help his website users have access to the modem pool. The Customer requested to create such a solution that would be simple and user-friendly for his clients who are not familiar with the Microsoft Dial-up connection or just do not want to configure it.
