Project description:
ReZrestaurants is a web-based restaurant reservation system entirely developed by Softerra starting with website design up to all back-end functionality including a full-featured sophisticated database. The restaurant reservation system interacts with four types of participants: site administrators, affiliates (restaurant administrators - websites with multiple restaurants), restaurants (users capable of managing one restaurant only) and end-users (customers). The ReZrestaurants application allows customers making reservations using the proprietary ReZconnect telephone technology.

Project description:
ReZconnect is a unique IVR-based solution that connects a reservation web portal with service providers without Internet access. The main system feature consists in a unique phone call center that connects a service provider or a vendor, who is inaccessible via the Internet and whose info is not contained in the local database, by phone in real time.
